1. Your question isn't very clear but, if you are asking what I think you are asking, the 3 vital things to access in a first aid situation are known as the ABCs:
airway
breathing
circulation

Airway - you have to know that nothing is blocking the person's nose or mouth, that there are no obstructions.

Breathing - you want to know that the patient is breathing. You should see (chest rising and falling), hear or feel (get close to nose and mouth) the person breathing.

Circulation - how is the person's color, temperature of their skin and do you fee a pulse?
