First Aid Kits for Car?

Like any other owner of the car, I got up with a choice of purchase kits for his car and found this store http://www.theaidkits.com with delivery to the U.S.. Who knows how fast they are good first aid kit and what I choose, because heard that this may affect the cost of car insurance?

1. Their kits are not much more special than what you could find at Wal-Mart,and I have never heard of having a first-aid kit affecting your insurance rates.

If you don't have the training for the fancy stuff in it, a basic $10 kit will do you just fine.
