Where can you buy empty plastic cases suitable for DIY first aid kits?

Public Comments

1. look in the school supply area of Wal Mart or somewhere similar. they have small plastic boxes for keeping a kid's supplies together, but they can be used for other things. some have handles and most close securely.

2. Hey crzy,
While your there check out the fishin' section. They got lotsa little tackle boxes. Come to think of it they have small plastic containers at HomeDepot made for storing nuts, bolts, screws, etc., that I have used for tackle boxes that could be used for FAK.

3. I take first aid kids in the car for road trips and use the Glad or Ziploc reusable tupperware box things. they're cheap, durable, watertight, and stay closed pretty well.
but the absolute best, most water tight, durable, un-openable, portable container of all time has to be made by lock and lock. Ive sent all my kids to school and daycare with soup and never had a spill, so its perfect if you have liquids such as iodine or peroxide and such.
