First aid and CPR certifications online?

I ran into a few websites that offer free first aid and CPR certifications online, do people really honor these? They say their standards are the same as the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association, except for the fact that you do all the training online.

1. I highly doubt it, you need to practice on the dummies and see first hand how to administer CPR and first aid... sounds like a scam to me. You could always check with the American Medical Association (AMA) to be sure or the Better Business Bureau
