CPR - First Aid Certification, where can I go to get them other than Red Cross?

A few years ago when I taught Pre School we always had a slip of paper that had a long list of classes for CPR and First Aid. Now that I'm no longer teaching I'm wondering how I get that same list of classes offered (many more than just at the RedCross). Does anyone know how I can find a list of classes in the Cleveland area?

Public Comments

1. Universities often offer them and the health dept. as well. Sometimes the YWCA offers them as well. Contact your local library reference dept and they can give you specifics for your area.

2. Check with your local fire station. I know that the one in my town does it and it is cheaper than The Red Cross certification and is just as good.

3. I woulld check at your local community college or adult education center if those are avaible in your area. Have you thought about checking at your local hospital?

4. Contact your local community college and fire house

5. You can phone your local hospital and ask them they will give you a list !!!

6. Here where I live we can go to the nearby hospital to get them, maybe you can too.

7. Try to check the local the hospital, college or university for classes or go on American Heart Society.
