If i got a certificate for taking a first aid course, and i lost the certificate, how would i get a copy?

i need specific instructions, i looked on the website and i didnt see anything about how to get another copy... any other ideas?

1. Contact the issuing body - the place where you sat your test to see if you can get a replacement - if not you will need to retake the test.
