First aid (senior) course. pay rise?

Hi, im from Australia, and i have completed a first aid course which the company had paid for. Am i entitled for a pay rise after this?

3. i work for coles and get an extra $8.00 a week for being a first aider. they paid for the course. i would ask for extra money as you are providing a valuable service for your company.

4. After my course i was paid 20cents/hr iwas on $2.00/day.talk to your saftey rep
