First Aid course?

I'll soon be taking a 2-part First Aid course, but am really nervous! Can anyone tell me, in detail, what you have to do etc. i think it is a Red Cross course if this helps. Thanks!

1. I took one in Toronto 2 weeks ago- it's a very basic introductory First Aid course that is usually given over the weekend. Don't worry, it's all really easy- you watch the demonstrations on tape, then you practice them on plastic dummies (yup no CPR on each other). You'll learn how to perform CPR, stop any bleeding, recognize strokes/heart attackes etc. Even though I've been waiting over a year to take this course I was a little disappointed at how basic it is.
