What types of jobs does the American Red Cross offer for Health Care workers?

I'd like to be an international relief worker when I get older and I can't seem to find much information on the Red Cross website. I'm looking for a job where I can offer health care in other countries. Pay doesn't matter because I only intend to do it while I'm you before I move to the private sector (I plan on returning eventually when I retire.) Any help? Advice? And if possible, any good web links for me?
