2. Yes, it makes excellent fuel for a fire.

3. No. Why should it? i think if I was ever in a disaster, I would want more stuff to stop the bleeding or something with. I don't want to read in a near death experience. Takes up needed space for other things.

11. why? it can't stop my hunger, warm my body or quench my thirst.

12. No, My kit does not have it. But I wanted to protect it before I protect myself. So now it wont be affected by the floods, fires, military disasters or nuclear events because I have buried it in my backyard well.
