The book would tell you how to be prepared for the times when life blindsides you with major unexpected problems.

10. The bible holds all of the answers to life's problems. So, unless you mean the bible, I'm not really interested.

11. As life lives you, life is a constant "blindside". If you are identified as only the body / mind, you are destined for endless spiritual emergencies. Always be a beginner. Sophisticated tracts are 'death'.
