i need a first aid checklist for sunburn, seasickness and general emergency items when boating?

Public Comments

1. you can purchase sea sickness tablets. Sunburn plenty of waterproof SP15+ even higher the better it amazing and quicker you burn out there, the reflection of the water increasing burning. and a good first aid kit.
Make sure you take insect repellant. Depending if you are boating for the weekend take a couple warm items it can get very cool on the water.

2. If you are planning on a day outing then most first aid kits or lists would be appropriate. Sunscreen (spf 30 or above), sun glasses, and hat for sun protection. Motion sickness needs to be addressed before people get on the boat with Dramamine, patch, or wrist strap. Or getting use to boat motion by staying on deck and staying hydrated.

If you are planning longer cruises then the first aid kit additions would need to be made for longer term care. Suture kit, medications, pain killers, etc.
