1. You will learn that when you go to CPR training. You MUST have the training before you can give anyone CPR. Your county conducts first aid and CPR classes all the time. Go sign up.

2. Sudden collapse, chocking, profuse bleeding, burns, broken bones. All are emergencies. There are many more. If you don't know CPR take a course. Red Cross runs a first aid class. But if you think its an emergency it probably is, Call 911
