LDS: What is the one single most important item in your food storage.... umm emergency preparedness supply?

Also, does your storage make allowance for others? Like trade goods for nonmembers? Would you store coffee tea or tobacco peoducts to barter for needed items?

1. water.. 5 10gallon jugs of it

2. What? Only LDS members can have long term food storage? I'd better start selling mine off then.

3. Lots of peanut butter and of course wheat for bread

4. Dried beans. You can cook beans in a variety ways.

I'm struggling just to maintain a supply for my family, so no, I don't store bartering items, though if I did it wouldn't be a food item it would be toilet paper.
