OPEC or oil producing countries do nothing for the poor, emergency aid is non existant?

Why do the OPEC countries never do any thing to help people that are starving or in need of disaster help? Is it because of their false beliefs and religion?
To understand what I am talking about the US donates almost all the aid in the world when things go bad and the middle eastern countries never do anything for anybody. All Americans pay with their tax dollars to support the rest of the world. Why do the OPEC nations never help anybody? Is it because they are bad people or have a false religion?

1. Its a business cartel. Its not going to be stupid enough to bail people out when there's a stupid govt that starts an inflation crisis. Its members also have their own poor people to care about.

You think you can force someone else to do it and aren't willing to help yourself?
