Does anyone know where i can get a decent First aid kit for hiking?

I'm doing a 80 mile hike, with 60lbs of weight over the course of two days. I'm in need of a good first aid, just in case i come in to any problems. The problem is i cant seem to find any good first aid kits. Can anyone suggest a place where i can get them online, i also live in London.

Any help will be appreciated.

1. Usually hikers make up their own kits from buying individual items. Things like gauze, tape, and a small portion of an antiseptic transferred into a smaller plastic bottle. It's all about weight so these items are kept in a plastic bag. Don't worry about splints because those can be made from anything found outside. Oh, and take the tape roll out o the plastic dispenser as well.

I used to cut the corners off my maps and grind a pencil down to 1 inch to save weight too. Every ounce counts.

2. I use the Adventure Medical Kits (www.adventuremedicalkits.com) Field Trauma Kit, supplemented with a few extras.

- small bottle of cheap vodka
- 3 tampons for absorbing blood from large wounds
- small bottle of Purell
- super glue
- artificial respiration mask
- military surplus field surgery kit, similar to the one sold by www.sportsmansguide.com.
- extra aspirin, immodium, benadryl, and pseudephedrine
- mole skin
- snakebite kit
