First aid, relief work or just genrally like a accident and emergency doctor?

i would really like to be a relief worker, i have no GCSE'S and im only in the UK for maybe 1 and a hr years to do some short courses that would help me, i want to start of with a first aid course the basics, thereafter what should i do that would help me gain more skills, please keep in mind im 17 so whats my opportunities after doing first aid...

1. At this point you have no usefull skills. You need at a minimum "EMT" emergency medical training and be able to pass the tests required for your locality. It is a nice goal but normally takes at least 8 to 10 weeks of training.pp
