how can i be a volunteer in the American Red Cross?

hi! dose anyone know if i just student in college and have no any skill and not well english ...can i be a volunteer in American Red Cross??i am 26 today ^^ and want to learn and look the world
i am in the usa at L.A.

1. You have to call your local chapter, or look at the web site and following the directions to volunteer. If you can't do this, then, indeed, you are not qualified to volunteer with the American Red Cross.

If you are not in the USA, then you may NOT volunteer with the Red Cross. Look in your own country for your own chapter of the Red Cross or Red Crescent.

2. You might be interested in helping out in the Logistics function, which is managing the supplies the Red Cross needs for disaster response. It doesn't require a high level of spoken English fluency. You can sign up at http://redcrossla.org/
