Do I have to renew my First Aid Certification in order to get my Massage Therapy License in Illinois?

I'm taking my Massage Therapist NCBTMB exam in mid november and applying for my license shortly after. Where I went to school first aid certification was a requirement for the program but I don't see it anywhere in the IDFPR license application. Also, if it is a requirement, which certifications are required? I was certified in Basic First Aid for 3 years and Adult/Infant CPR/AED for one year. Do I have to obtain all 3 or can I just do the basic First aid?

1. When I went to Mueller School of Holistic Health it was just First Aid. The school taught it at Mueller. Red Cross does first aid certifications in most towns.
