What is the difference between the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, and the American Diabetes?
American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, American Diabetes Association...
(difference between them besides the obvious answer of one deals with cancer, the other diabetes, and the other disaster relief)

1. Every dollar you provide to the American Cancer Society goes towards eliminating cancer as a major health concern. The money raised is central to supporting our mission to fight cancer through research, education, advocacy, and service.
The American Heart Association improves lives in communities across our nation in a variety of meaningful and tangible ways, such as funding research into the causes of heart disease and stroke and setting guidelines and high quality standards for diagnosis, care, and treatment.
The American Red Cross is sending money, supplies and staff to countries to support relief efforts there due to natural disasters which caused catastrophic damage and loss of life. The American Red Cross is a vital link between the US and other countries.
Hope this helps.
2. The amount they pay the top people. The red cross is not a charity , but a business. Their blood drives are big money for them. Congress wants to take charity status away from them. But they spend so much on lobbying that congress won't really do it.
The diabetes ass. is so far away from reality. Also they are in the dark ages.
Cancer society is just another scam!!!!
