emergency first aid for my fish?

so i have 6 black skirt tetras from a planted aquarium, and i needed to move them out of the planted aquarium (a 55 gallon) and i put them in a 20 gallon long . i've noticed a few minutes ago that one tetra was bleeding and has it's entire eye ball popped out. So i added some stress coat and extra aquarium salt to the tank, will it be okay?

1. no guarentees that its gonna be okay, but you did what i would have done... hopefullly it works out for you!

2. Your fish should be okay. There is nothing else you can do for him, after all, he is a fish. Just pray for him and he will be okay :)

4. PRAY!!! oh and you should move it to a temporary tank away from the others don't catch the same thing.
