I'm posting a babysitting ad. Is this ok? Should I add anything?

I'm 14 years old, and have lots of experience of looking after young children. My parent’s friends all have children from the ages of 4-10 who I have baby-sat on various occasions.
I am taking a Red Cross babysitting course at school at the moment which involves first aid for children.
I’ll give my full attention to your children, and I love playing games and doing crafty stuff, painting etc, and I will always clear up afterwards.
I can also cook, clean and feed/walk pets for an extra charge, I have two dogs and have had cats, birds and rodents before, and so I am very experienced at looking after animals. You may have seen me walking around the estate with my dog _____!
I live in the row of houses by _____ road in the _________ Estate, and am willing to babysit anywhere within the estate, so I will not need driving home.
