Do you have to be 18 to have a certification in First Aid/CPR/AED?
I am 17 years old and would like to take classroom instruction with Red Cross.

1. With a profile pic like that I don't see why not?
2. Nope. I was 16 when I got my certification. It might depend on what state you live in, but I'm pretty sure you can.
3. Nope you can take a St. John Ambulance Standard first aid course which goes over everything from adult-child-infant cpr&choking, AED training for beginners, treating broken bones, Emergency scene management, Severe bleeding, burns, and much much more. there is also just the CPR C class which goes over everything you listed and you can take that when you are 14. If there is a st. john ambulance where you live Look into it. If not the redcross does have a standard course i think.
Here is the link to SJA Canada and World wide. These sites have descriptions of all the courses offered and where SJA is located. I have also posted a link to the redcross courses, take a look compare and see which one is closer to where you are. Obviously I recommend going through SJA But no matter where you take your course it is always good to have First aid just in-case.
