Can you give me a description of the officer position for an American Red Cross High School club?

We are just now starting a Red Cross club at our school and I would like to run for one of the officer positions, but I don't know much about the responsibilities of each.

The positions we will have are President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

If you can give me a description of each position or a link to somewhere that would tell me I would greatly appreciate it!
