Where Can I Find An Emergency Preparedness Calculator?

The Latter Day Saint religion request that you have an emergency preparedness storage in which you have supplies such as food, flash light and so forth, but the problem I am having is trying to find the right things. For example I am trying to save up on shampoo's, conditioner's, body soaps, etc... and I don't exactly know how much of each I would need in year, could any one help me out with this problem, and tell me where I can find a calculator to calculate it?

1. They don't have a calculator for personal use items, just for the very basic food storage items. Here's that link:

It's fairly easy to figure out personal use items. Get a Sharpe marker, and write the date you opened an item (like shampoo) right on the bottle. Then when it's empty, note how long it took your family to use up that item (week, month, two months, ect). From there, it's easy for you to calculate exactly how many bottles you would need to stock up on, for your goal period of time. Some people stock three months worth, some 6 months, some a year, ect.

Also be sure you make allowances for times you are sick. Example your family might use a roll of TP every single day in a heavy use bathroom. But if everyone is sick, you might go through several rolls in a day. So always add in extra, just to be on the safe side.
