Why are BZK wipes preferred over alcohol wipes in first aid kits?

Is it because alcohol causes cell damage?

1. They cleanse and disinfect without stinging.

2. If you use a alcohol wipe on a cut, it will hurt like crazy. BZK wipes don't have that problem. I used an alcohol wipe on my brother's cut because that was all we had and he started crying and screaming, for an example.
