Taking American Red Cross tests tomorrow, any guidelines?

I'm taking the CPR, AED, and First Aid class tomorrow with American Red Cross. I took the class before, but my card expired, so they said I could just come up and take the test and show my skills and it would allow me to get my card renewed. What are the guidelines with CPR and AED? Just for a memory fresher, or could someone give me some videos?
