ok ur opinion on survival kits and first aid kits?

im going cave exploring/hiking in my are and im wondering besides basic equipment should i have these 2 kits http://www.walmart.com/ip/Coghlan-s-Survival-Kit-in-a-Can/8586949#ShortReviewTitleBar
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Johnson-Johnson-All-Purpose-170-Ct-First-Aid-Kit-1-ct/893386
or this one http://www.walmart.com/ip/LifeLine-Trail-Light-3-First-Aid-Kit/13848567#Specifications the last one isnt very informative but looks like it may have alot more medical items and im not planning on haveing broken bones or giant flesh wounds MABY a scratch or graze or so or etc we
will be building a fire and etc i plan on takeing either the first 2 or the bottom 1 of thoes links along with food, water, fire arms and amuniton along with a flare and 150 ft of rope and 300 ft of cordage (so we dont get lost in the cave) along with head lamps, flash lights and other items but realy this is about what kit would you say would be beter to carry the first 2 or the bottom 1? (sorry i rambled a bit)

Public Comments

1. I think the kit in a can is good, because it comes with a few first aid things but it also comes with survival things, but the others mainly come just with first aid supplies. Also its little so it looks like it could be easier to carry around. Hope you enjoy your adventures :)

2. Probably #2 plus stay dry matches and a lighter, some form of communication like a phone in a waterproof case in case someone has to walk out to call help. An EPRB emergency positioning rescue beacon, SAM splints, I have my doubts on the useful nature of a gun. The loud reverberation may bring stalatites down on you. How about a water purifier? A whistle if and loud shriking noise needed, the sound can be sustained as long as you can tolerate the sound. Chalk low tech arrows point out which way you went.
