World War 2 first aid kits?

How many different types of first aid kits did the Americans use in WW2? I know there was a parachute kit, jungle kit, vehicle kit, gas casualty kit, and an aeronautical kit, but were there any other ones? Or are any of the ones I listed not actually kits? I would really appreciate any other information or websites about WW2 first aid kits if you know any. Thanks!

1. There was also the M2 individual first aid kit the marines used.
