WHAT HAPPENS IN A STANDARD FIRST AID COURSE?

im taking a standard first aid course and i'm wondering what we do in it .. like is it just like a class where we sit and listen or do i actually have to give real people mouth to mouth?? ahh!

1. Yeah you will have to do mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on a real person. For my course we got to do it on a beautiful 18 y.o and I'm 16. Others have told me they had to do it on an old man.......
