What to expect... first aid course?
I'm doing a first aid course for British Red Cross starting Saturday, for four saturdays for 8 hours.
I'm not sure what to expect? There's 3 other people training (uni students, i'm only 16) and is it... difficult? I think they've had experience whereas i've had none.
What sort of thing should I wear?

1. A first aid course invariably involves crawling on the floor and often being bandaged up by other people, so the outfit is jeans, trainers, t-shirt, not heels and skirt! Take a drink and a snack too.
It's not difficult, in fact it is very interesting and it is such an important skill to have. If you are a first aider you will spend most of your time handing out plasters and running cold water over burns, but just occasionally, maybe, you may need to do something more important. I've used it 'seriously' once and I saved a life. Even if I hadn't, I know that I did everything that was possible.
finally you don't need experience, just pay attention and don't be afraid to ask questions.
good luck and good on you.
