How often do you need to renew your First Aid Certification in Canada?

Hiya!

I'm a health-care student in Canada. I recently renew my CRP Level C but was not able to do First Aid at the same time.

Does First Aid have to be renewed as often as CPR and how often should it be renewed in Canada??
