is there a law in arizona allowing a minor to apply emergency first aid?

My son really wants to be a doctor, however, he is only 13 years old. He is CPR certified, and spends a lot of his free time studying medical trauma. He thinks that he is legally aloud to help in an emergency situation.

1. Not quite sure you see because if it is a "emergency situation" whatever can be done to help needs to be done. He is CPR certified and obviously knows a lot more about first aid than many people older than him would. I believe he could legally help especially since he is certified for the CPR.
