What certification to do I need to work in childcare in Florida?

I'm assuming that I will need CPR/First Aid certification, but wanted to know if there is anything else that I would need to be hired as a care-giver in a before-and-after-school care program .. specifically the Boys and Girls Club of the Emerald Coast
