CPR and First Aid Instructor?

I was wondering, if I take the american red cross cpr and first aid instructor's course, am I allowed to teach CPR and First Aid for a fee? Likewise will my class be certified in american red cross cpr and first aid?

1. Yes you may charge a fee for your services. I used to teach both and did get payed for my time.
