Job ad says must be able to get cpr and 1st aid certification does that mean I need to get it to get the job?

I really want to work at this daycare but it says you need to be able to get cpr and first aid certification. So does that mean I need to have those to get the job? Or is it that i just need to be able to get them?

1. Daycare workers usually need child and infant CPR, and many of the places will either provide it or pay you to go to class, The way they worded it makes me think that you won't need it before hand,
