How Can I get a job as an Alaskan Crab Fishermen?

I am very physically fit.
Used to working long hours with no sleep for over 24 hours at times.
I am currently in law enforcement.
I have First Aid B and wilderness first aid.

1. You have to work on a processing plant or vessel for a few years. Once the captains and crews get to know you ad see your work ethic, THEN they ask you if you want to join them. The other option is having a buddy who already works on a ship and constantly nag at them about you wanting to give it a try. That is how about 80% of the greenhorns get hired.
