What courses should I take to be eligible for lifeguard jobs all over the country?
I already have the Lifeguard certification and First Aid/CPR down, what other courses should I plan for?
Also, Red Cross, YMCA, or Jeff Ellis & Associates certification?

1. Well AED certification, and spinal(backboard stuff) would help, otherwise unless you want to be a swim coach (you'll need a WSI), then you will just do in-service trainning with your employer.
2. Different pools require different certifications. Another one you didn't mention is Starfish Aquatics, which is used by a number of pools particularly in the Midwest and on the East Coast.
