Who coordinates emergency aid efforts in Haiti?

I was thinking about all the different countries and aid organisations that are helping, it would chaos if there was not somebody in charge. I expect the Haitian goverment officials are not qualified in coordinating such activities so who does?

1. maybe the united nations...we were the first in with a search and rescue team from virgina, but by now the red cross will be all over the place there, maybe they can co ordinate.

2. According to CTV news, it is Brazil that is currently in charge.
