Is it worth paying £75 for a first aid course for a medical school applicaiton?

Is this worth it? Will it make a lot of difference?

1. If you can afford it, I would say yes. Medicine is so competitive and it'll help you stand out from other candidates. I've answered some of your other questions already though and you seem to have a lot of things to put on your personal statement already so if it's too expensive I wouldn't worry about it too much, its not really necessary but it could help. If money is an issue, maybe take up an extra activity or something else instead to make you stand out a bit more instead of the first aid course. But if you have the finances, i'd suggest you do it. Purely to increase your chances of being favoured over other candidates.
