How much are first aid kits?

I made my own a couple of years ago, looked at it today and realized i had dental floss for stitching stuff up. How much are the first aid kit's at walmart? Walmart's gotten really expensive now so i'm guessing they're like 40 bucks? I was looking for something around 20-30.

1. It not only depends on where you purchase the kit but what you want in it. You can purchase a first aid kit for less than 10 bucks but there will not be much in it. Must do comparison shopping to get the best deal and then I always add things to the kit that it doesn't have. Decide on what you want in the kit before pricing.

2. Get a shoe box and put all you want in the kit don't forget, tweezers, sizors, sunburn stuff,
lip balm. etc etc

4. I got a really good red cross first aid kit at costco for $28.00. It has everything you can imagine in it and is itemized so you can keep track of what might be missing when used up. It was a special offer that is there every once in a while. Check them out or have someone with a membership look for one for you. I could not buy all the items in it for that price. Making an extensive one yourself is very expensive. You can get decent ones for $25 + .
