analyse the importance of accurately prioritising first aid procedures when dealing with emergency situations?

1. This process is called "Triage". It's a method of catagorizing & treating the patients in order of importance.
Critical/life threatening are treated first, & less traumatic are secondary.

2. We use A,B,C's. A is for airway. B is for Breathing. C is for circulation. You assess in that order and treat in that order. No point in helping the blood circulate if there is no oxygen in it..so open the airway so forth and so on.
