1. I don't know of financial aid for Microsoft Certifications and you haven't said what Microsoft Certifications you are looking at obtaining. I do know I constantly get info for online courses that are very inexpensive. Since you have your own computer company you may want to look at online courses and have your company pay for them. It is a fully deductible expense and would benefit your company. I have seen some where you pay for a certain package of courses and you have one year to complete as many as you can for one flat charge. Do solid research on each and fully read the contract terms. Make sure you get & try a sample before you spend your hard earned money. I am NOT endorsing this company but I recently received an invite for training through PREPLOGIC.COM for training. Again, I am NOT endorsing or suggesting this is a good company to get your training from. If you GOOGLE "Microsoft training certification" this should give you a starting point. One site I subscribe to is TECHREPUBLIC.COM they have some training annewslettersrs. I hope this helps. Good luck on your new business.
