What should I charge parents for live-in care for 5 month old and almost-3 year old girls, 45 hours per week?

It's more than full-time and they are young, but it's also live-in. I have experience with kids and CPR/First Aid certification. But I don't want to sound too needy because I do need the job. Min wage around here is $8.09 an hour if you need to know. What's low, what would you charge, and what would be a bit on the high end?

1. If they are covering room and board, including food and utilities, I would say $250-300 a week. Make sure that is based on a set time that you are "working" or not and what the contingincies would be for "off-hours" pay. If they are looking for a 24/7 caregiver, lean more towards $400.
