Getting prescription medications without a prescription?

I will be going on a backpacking trip to a extremely remote area for a 60 day trip with a group.

There is no cell phone signal, no way to reach anyone, you are on your own. Any medical needs will have to be met by what we have, there is no access to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, police. Rescue is up to us if something happens.

How can I get prescription drugs to take with me. I am not looking for anything that is too crazy, but they are still required to have prescriptions. I don't know any doctors well enough to ask a favor and we will not have a doctor with us, just highly trained in first aid, trauma, wilderness emergency responders.

How does one do this, there must be a way?

1. it depends what you need like oxycodone, percocet, or loratabs can be obtained as easily as a low end drug dealer. haha. or if you need something else try a walk in clinic or something.
