Do you think I'm mature enough to babysitt?
I'm 12, I've taken rescue breathing and First Aid babysitting courses. I have a certificate from the American Red Cross. I've taken a week long babysitting course at a camp. I also babysitt my nephews and neice. What do you think. Would you let me babysitt your kid?
I've baby sat plenty of times before for overnights.

1. i'd let you babysit my kids but you cant go near the oven sweetie.
2. i personally would not allow a 12 yr ld to babysit my children but i think it is great of you to have all the training you need....
3. you have all the qualifications to make a great babysitter, however I think 12 is a little too young.
4. It would depend on the age of my children and what I thought of you personally, i'd have to meet you first. If I thought you were mature (not just in you training) then of course i would let you babysit my children, But it's really up to the parents of the children.
5. If you misspell baby sit twice in the same question, no. Wait a few years.
6. I started at the age of 11 with alot less qualifications, i would let you watch my childern if it wasnt for long periods of time.
7. I would have to meet you and let you shadow me with my child before letting you babysit.
It is good you have all your training up to date but remember family is different that people you don't know so be weary and have your parents involved in setting anything up.
8. I would probably allow you to babysit kids age 3 and up and only one kid at a time. You would need some practice before you take care of two kids. As long as there are numbers you can call, I would say sure.
9. Overnights? Anyone who did that should be arrested. It's illegal for a 12 - year - old to be home alone overnight, especially while babysitting.
No, I would not trust a 12 - year - old to babysit my child.
10. Definitely, you seem very responsible.
11. sorry, but no. I don't care how much training you have at 12 there are things that come up that you just aren't ready to handle at that age.
I'm not even sure that at 12 I'd use you as a mother's helper because even that seems really young. Now, if you were 15 or 16 then it's a different story.
12. I probably would let you babysit my child. I would have to see if you knew how to cook, etc., and if you didn't, then I would probably get lunchables, baby food, etc. Good for you for taking those courses! I am proud of you!
13. Sorry, 12??? You sound very responsible, but no, not kids of mine.
