Singapore Emergencies preparedness?

i would like to ask everyone in what way do you feel that Singapore is ready for emergencies. Emergencies such as terrorism, fires, floods etc.

1) Singapore security are guarded strongly by Singapore Armed Forces and Police.

2) Contingency measures to deal with epidemic of unknown diseases.

3) Efficient and experienced fire brigate team fighters.

4) Singapore has a very strong team of experts to be accountable and responsible for national emergencies affairs.
