Can you get a college degree in being a "Survivor"?

Topics might involve wilderness survival, disaster survival, first aid, land navigation, martial arts/self defense, fitness, etc.

It might be a cross between a wilderness survival expert, self defense expert, security consultant, private investigator, and other military/police skills.

Public Comments

1. I'm sure you could do something in "Parks and Recreation" that involves a lot of survival type classes, and then minor in "Physical Education" and take martial arts, rock climbing, anything else that applies.

2. Forest Ranging is a job that would be heavily filled with classes such as what you are talking about.

Or you could join the Marines. They teach a lot about survival.
